DENVER CARD SHOWS VENDOR RULES & POLICIES
Vendors who choose not to follow the below rules may lose the opportunity to be a Vendor at any Denver Card Shows future events.
1. Each Vendor and their associates/employees (“Vendor”) shall act professionally and respectfully. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Denver Card Shows is for collectors of all ages, and it should be a safe and friendly event for everyone.
2. Vendors must abide by all laws, regulations, Venue rules and reasonable instructions from Venue employees and Denver Card Shows staff. Denver Card Shows is not responsible for any Vendor’s actions.
3. Vendors CANNOT sublet their tables without preapproval from Denver Card Shows in writing (minimum 14 days before the show). Any sublet tables are subject to cancellation.
4. Vendors must check in at the Registration/Ticketing Table on Friday by 1PM or Saturday by 9AM.
5. Vendors who have not checked in by these designated times must wait in the Lobby until our VIP attendees have been let into the show.
6. All Vendors must show photo ID at Vendor check-in.
7. Vendors MUST wear a Vendor Badge. Only Vendors can have a Vendor Badge.
8. Two (2) Vendor Badges per table will be issued.
9. Vendors must be ready for customers by GA opening times – check denvercardshows.com for show times.
10. Vendors are required to follow Colorado State Laws regarding sales tax and business licensing.
11. Vendors fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cancel more than 30 days in advance of show will be given a full credit waiver for a future show. Vendors who cancel less than 30 days in advance will be given credit for a future show minus a $50 administrative fee per table. Vendors who cancel 7 days in advance will be given a credit to a future show minus a $75 administrative fee per table. If a Vendor does not communicate or does not show up for the show, there will NO credit issued, and the Vendor may be banned from future shows. Credit will only be issued if the tables are resold. Credit expires after 9 months.
12. Vendors are permitted to sell items such as sports cards, trading cards, comic books, autographs, Funko Pops, action figures, movie posters, vinyl records, video games, artwork, memorabilia, and other suitable collectibles.
13. Selling food, beverages, counterfeit, stolen, or tampered products is strictly forbidden.
14. Any Vendor caught selling counterfeit, stolen or products that have been tampered with will be removed from the premises and permanently banned from future shows.
15. Vendors cannot move or adjust table placement without permission. Vendors cannot block or obstruct fire doors and exits.
16. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Denver Card Shows, its affiliates and the Venue harmless against any claims for damages, liability, theft or other costs or losses caused by Vendor or any person.
17. Vendors may not use speakers without consent of Denver Card Shows.
18. Vendors may not engage in any activities that are disruptive to attendees, other vendors or the event.
19. Gambling, games of chance and spinning wheels are prohibited.
20. No firearms or weapons allowed.
21. All Vendor displays must be reasonable in size, appearance, and content. Displays may not obstruct Attendees, other Vendors or exits without approval from Denver Card Shows.
22. Each 6-foot table includes a black tablecloth and one (1) chair. Additional chairs may be available upon request.
23. Display cases (with lock) are available for rent at each show. $50 per case for the entire show. You can rent your case here or see one of our Ticket Booth representatives at the show to reserve your display case.
24. Denver Card Shows and Vendors will promote one another and strive for a successful event.

Price Your Inventory:
Have clear prices ready for all your items.
Prepare for Transactions:
Ensure you have ample change for sales and electronic payment options available (Venmo, Square, PayPal ect.).
Set Up Early:
Be ready to go at least an hour before opening. This gives our VIP’s and other vendors a chance to see your offerings.
Dress Comfortably:
Wear comfortable shoes for a long day on your feet.
